Hi! I am a Dutch native speaker, I studied languages and linguistics at the University and I speak English and Italian fluently. I offer Dutch lessons in Leiden/The Hague area.

The main focus of my lessons is on the oral exercises in order to achieve a correct pronunciation, which in turn will allow you to comprehend the spoken language faster and feel more comfortable with it. My approach is comparable to that of a child learning to speak, hence the main idea is that you learn grammatical rules by listening to others and or by reading simple texts.

We will be doing conversational exercises, real life dialogues, dictations and writing; you will write something for every lesson based on the words learned in the previous lesson.

There is also the possibility to follow an intensive course if you need to learn the language as fast as possible.

Time and place of the lesson are flexible and the material will be provided.
