The Sand Dressed Synthetic Sports Surface is a high-specification artificial turf system designed primarily for hockey facilities within schools, academies and clubs. A sand dressed hockey pitch features fibres supported by a controlled sand infill, allowing fast and consistent ball roll. Unlike sand-filled systems, the game is played on the carpet surface rather than through deep infill, making it suitable for competitive hockey use. Pile heights typically range between 18mm and 22mm. Where required, the surface can be installed to meet FIH compliant hockey pitch standards for competitive play.
